Edward Lee教授簡(jiǎn)介：

Prof. Edward Lee is a professor of Accounting and Finance at University of Manchester. He is the Director of Postgraduate Research for Accounting and Finance Division in Alliance Manchester Business School. He has broad research interests including capital markets, security valuation, corporate governance, accounting standards & disclosure regulations, analyst forecast, corporate social responsibility, corporate corruption, and taxation. He has editorial duties in famous academic journals, like Accounting and Business Research, British Accounting Review, European Accounting Review, and European Journal of Finance. He has published in top academic journals such as Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Accounting, and Organizations and Society.
