【摘要】：Inpast several years, China has made bold and innovative moves, such as AsianInfrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP), development of a multitude of intercontinental transportation andeconomic infrastructures and so on to establish palpable linkage with the worldbeyond China in real-time and real-space. In this talk, I will discuss atlength the underlying challenge, namely “cultural communication,” facing China and what fundamental step China has initiated inthe past few years with gusto to mitigate it.

【講座人簡介】：馮達旋教授現任澳門大學全球事務總監兼校長特別助理。馮教授是世界著名的理論核物理學家，是具有東西方大學教學、科研管理和辦學經驗的高級專家。他曾任美國德克薩斯大學達拉斯分校負責科研的副校長、臺灣成功大學執行副校長、臺灣清華大學（新竹）高級副校長，美國五百強企業SAIC副總裁。馮教授現在是13所中國大陸頂尖大學的客座或榮譽教授，以及中國大陸、馬來西亞與印度尼西亞多所大學的董事或學術科技顧問。
